Anti Pony Carry?

I Need Peeling·1/18/2017, 2:40:55 AM·1 votes·528 views

Hello I've been playing league for the past two days straight. In these past two days I've noticed a Hecarim in almost every matched I have played. Now this isn't a rant, but a discussion on strategies and tatics on how to deal with this "champion" as an adc (inb4 Adc in 2k17 LuL). Just the last game I played trist. While she's good in the not getting one shot department, she lacks any sort of damage to deal with pony. Where as a champ like Vayne could take down hec but that's only if she doesn't die in the first seconed hec ults which won't happen. I'm at a loss as to what to do, so I came here hoping to hear your thoughts. And to any people who do play hec I want to know, what puts you on tilt? what sort weakness do you feel hec has?

TL-DR How to counter hec as adc?

Have a nice day and remember not to flame your teammates

Hec is extremely squishy until he's 3 items in item 3078 item 1413 item 3047. Unlike every other tank in the game he has no immediate defensive steroids or defensive CC, all his CC is offensive. This means that you can stand and fight (in teamfights, don't try 1v1ing him) until 20 minutes since with even minimal peel, Hec just melts.

Trist should easily destroy Hecarim if both are at a 6000 gold power spike. The trick is to not go Runaans, which will boost your total DPS, but not your single target DPS. Instead you should go item 3046 or item 3087 with item 3031 (if you still want some AOE influence). They provide higher single target damage which is what you need to take Hec down. After 10000 gold, you should have an additional item 3046 + item 3035, item 3086 item 1053 item 3035 or have completed item 3072 while he is getting his 1st major tank buy. At that point, if he buys a MR item like Visage, you'll still destroy him. If he buys armor, and you got LW, you'll still destroy him.
