Can Vayne's third W be %hp physical damage atleast ?

Before someone mentions how she isn't picked in LCS.

LCS and SoloQueue aren't the same shit at all. The only thing we in solo queue and LCS players do the same is we play "League of Legends". But their League of Legends is different than ours mortal Solo Queue LoL. Vayne has always been terror in soloq when she was meta. And these buffs will bring her back into the meta with this tank meta shit. The problem is, if she gets even a small lead she will not only chunk the tanks. She will chunk everybody.
