can we have it so that you only loose half the points if someone leaves an ongoing ranked game?

I just had two games in a row where people on my team left. Managed to somehow win the first one 4v5. As lucky as I felt (almost never happens to me), I had another game right after with troll support and adc leaving as result. Didn't even make a positive score out of the two games. like wtf?

I just find it frustrating to be punished so hard when you are not given a chance to fight back. Yes you can win 4v5 but lets be real, how often does that happen, and how fair is it? and yeah you can report the person but you are still going to loose full points and it still going to keep on happening.

I don't think it would be abused, because you are still loosing a fair deal of points(10 instead of 20 in my case) and the person is still getting reported for leaving. Arguably, A premade partner(s) would not be offered this deal if one within the premade decides to leave an ongoing game.

Anyone else having a bad day?

PS: I'm not saying the other team necessarily should win only half the the points.

/remake is the closest thing you can do. You have to wait the first 3 minutes out, just to let the system know he's not coming back. No more than one person can vote against it for it to work.

ok so if every one loses half points on a game with an afk then does it make a difference? compared to has everyone losing full lp for a lost game with an afk ?

because lets say 100 people lose 15 lp with a game with an afk on their team they all still lose 15 lp now lets say we use your idea and those 100 people lose 7 lp instead of 15... they all still lose the same amount of lp

so nothing is gained
