Evelynn shouldn't really have issues with her first clear.

Clear Path: Red/Blue Buff -> Wolves -> Red/Blue Buff

All you have to do is use her Q when running past the Raptor camp until they deleash. Hunter's Talisman will activate and steal their health (healing you up).
