improve the kit of easy and average champions to get them on the level of high skill ceiling champions like Akali, Ryze pre-rework, Kalista, Azir, Irelia ect.
leave about 30 - 40 dumb beginner champions like Nasus, Udyr, Garen ect. and balance them around low elo. + stop overbuffing them with stats

nerf all high skill ceiling champions like u are doing currently + dumb down their kits
overbuffing dumb champions with stats
turn LoL into a moblie game

what high skill champions are they dumbing down?

overbuffing dumb champions with stats

only mechanically simple champ i see potentially being over tuned would be udyr.

turn LoL into a moblie game

most likely TFT. they're not turning it into a mobile game, just expanding to the mobile market. there is a gigantic difference in wording there.
