Deaths are overrated and assists underrated in deciding grades in champion mastery

You will probably have a better grade by scoring 4/0/1 than by scoring 9/3/6. My other problem with the way it decides the grades is that it does not (or at least not enough) take into consideration the "impact on the game". What I mean is first of all, the objectives, but also, say for example, a player dies to save the carry from a Corki or Caitlynn ultimate, this would decrease his final grade. The system asks to be selfish, this should be changed

I do get where you are coming from, I do feel like deaths reduce your score a bit too much but at the same time, I don't think riot should make moves to reduce the punishment for it, outside that, how can it really tell that a sejauni q'd in and ulted all 5 of them to save the corki, she is 0/5 and dies yet again but the ult was enough to ace their team opposed to a sejuani that is constantly in the enemy jungle and getting caught out that is also 0/5? As it is, both sejuani would end with the same mastery (if their cs/assists are the same) but one is clearly better, a human can tell, but how do you really program a computer to tell the difference from a sacrifice and a Feeder?

Assists should be worth more, though. And warding. So many people don't ward. Hnng. Also I hate blue trinket nerf but that's another rant for another day.

I feel I should add; I can only really imagine the death penalties being soft nerfed for supports and /maybe/ the jungler. The difference between a good support and a bad one is how willing they are to sacrifice themselves for the team. A good support will die to make a good play to save them or win a team fight.

Granted, this is subjected of the support, squishy ones like Lux can't really play this way 100% but the support lux should still sacrifice herself for her team if it's needed. I've sacrificed myself as many an off meta and squisny pick to secure dragon or baron or to save my teammates,
