@riot when are you going to be looking into Lucian

when is Lucian going to get a real buff to make him a decent pick as an adc that was suppose to be an early to mid game adc. Also, if your going to “open up bot lane” let Lucian open up mid lane. since you guys nerfed him right through the garbage(counterstrike) can last time when armor pen existed and black cleaver was a much better item can he get real buffs the way Jhin just got some but focus more on just early to mid game none of that hyper adc crit shit. Lucian has 500 range he will never be a good crit adc against others who just out range you or trust who autos u from a screen away late game.
