Lucian changes towards Crit and nerfs
Q-Piercing Light-225+(100% bonus ad)+20% of crit chance as augmented % damage(ill explain) from 0.25 cast to 0.15 at level 5
W-Ardent Blaze-0.15 cast time all levels, if critically striked a marked enemy, gain an extra 20 movement speed.
E-Relentless Pursuit-22/20/18/15/13 CD 1 second off late game
R-The Culling-Gain 1 damage per shot for every 10% crit chance
So, now ill try my best to explain. Ill try to be short.
Piercing Light: Ill give an example to explain the easiest. Lets say you have essence reaver and stattik shiv, with these items at level 5 piercing light does 225+70 damage for a total of 295. So, with this change that 295 will be augmented by 20% of your crit chance. 20% of 50% is 10% so piercing lights final damage will be 324.5 (295+29.5). Also reduced late game cast time so its easier to combo
Ardent Blaze-Reduced cast time so combos are easier, 20 flat extra movement speed at all levels if you critically strike someone marked with W
Since riot wants to push Lucian towards crit and away from Bork and Black cleaver. riot should nerf Lucians R the Culling from having the ability to proc black cleaver passive which melted tanks. I think more nerfs that could be given is to nerf ad ratio on Q or R and make it scale with crit.
