Poppy buckler from passive not jumping to her when killing plants.

Is poppy not having her buckler being tossed to her when killing a plant an oversight, since she does get the bounce back from killing a ward? Really hope this wasnt intended as i see that it is a disadvantage especially when using the blast cone since it will be left behind.
