Another (New) ARAM Change

I don't want to delve into the introduction, and thereafter removal of Bans on ARAM

Rather, I would love to actually see who my enemies are for the last 20 seconds prior to ARAM beginning. This would let me adjust parts of my runepage that may work better in situations against certain enemies (looking at the MR/Armor) portion on the bottom, or even make me decide on which Summoner Spells I should take instead based on my pick

This also lets me take any other rerolled champions I see on my allied list if I feel I play better with it against what I may be going up against
