Where is voice communication?

Just wondering why riot has yet to make voice comms. Games would be cleaner and it would be twice as easier to communicate. It would also hopefully remove the verbal abuse/offensive language report options because i think riot and the players focus their attention WAY to much on what people say rather than trolls/afk's. You type you get banned is how i look at it, at least in any division lower than master where people who play the game act like sensitive 12 year olds.
