How to perma ban people who troll.

People in League troll to the point of making others want to smash their keyboard, (which is why i'm writing this). And for some reason i have yet to see riot try and resolve this problem. A variety of people have been trolling me since i made this new low level account. If you want to see others face brutal consequences as i do, follow along.

Problem is, if someone doesnt play a certain way (sometimes even play 'perfectly'), they are trolling. No matter whats going on, people will scream "X is trolling report" - and they get so upset - they feel justified in believing such nonsense and spend the whole game focused on it. 9/10 people are just trolling themselves.
