IF a teammate has the bad behavoir restrict will it affect me? for hextech chests?

I've been playing alot of games been in quite a few where a teammate got S rank, but no chest or key fragment occurs. i havent had any popups about the "behavoir " thing for me so it cant be that since only time i ever type in chat is when im mid as Veigar and our jungle comes in and stays in my lane killing my farm. and i tell them to back off cuz i need the farm early/mid game. otherwise i just tell the team that we dont need infighting and to focus attention on the enemies. So it got me thinking if a toxic teammate got a S rank will his/her restriction affect the rest of team?
