bot games

I played a bot game the other night with some friends and we got to thinking about bots in the jungle. Why can't there be an "expert" level bots where there is a bot in the jungle? you know something a little closer to normals for the people getting closer to the level where jungle is normal and people that just want an easier version of the normals they're used to/
