Champion change, buff and nerf...
Here is a post of the champion that would need nerf:
Number 1. Jax: Jax is a fighter/tank/assassin/mage/adc champion that can destroy all the champion without many counter. Jax is pretty easy to play since you just jump on people and do a pentakill under the nexus turret. The damage deal by jax is a bit (a lot) overpower since he is hybrid/ad/ap that can ceal a lot of damage with only 2 item and for the rest building tank to avoid getting killed. i Think that the tankyness of jax or the damage output should get nerf so i could be a damage dealer or a tank instead of both at the same time in this season he could be player in all lane taking any role and it would work this is stupid. And jax would probably get out of the permaban zone

Lee sin: Lee is a good jungler and i don,t have anything special agains't him but one thing lee have ton of energy recharge not like shen who is always in need to help lee be overpower he have very low cooldown and often escape far too fast after making his gank i would suggest to nerf his cooldown or his energy so it could be real gameplay strategy instead of smashing keyboard with always max energy and not cooldown.

Pantheon : panth is like jax but in a little less strong i would suggest to do like jax dps or tankyness but not both like they can do since pantheon damage is fair and high enough to be a threat he can take a lot of damage without falling. I would most likely make him less tanky since his passive that can take damage.

Draven : I miss old draven passive that made him kinda balanced now he just get fast really too fast this is cool he can come back in a very easy way in game with is passive but unbalance and make the comeback of the other team almost impossible and he get fed so fast that is it ridiculous. Nerf the passive riot buffed or change it back please since draven have high damage the snowball is extreme.

Kennen : Kennen deal just too much damage even if she/he is 0/7 which is impossible since she can out damage most of the top and mid champion and is mostly ranged...

Morganna: Since morg is a good mid and support i would suggest to nerf her damage since her utility make her very usefull for the team a bit like an overpowered karma. Her skill does a little bit too much for the root, stun and shield she give to her team she hurt a lot to then get the enemy cced like a leona with 50-300 damage to all her stun.

Rumble : Rumble have ton of damage without taking in count his heat passive (+50% if i remember) with quite low cooldown anyone who play rumble can deal with his passive this isn't hard but the base damage of rumble deal a little bit too much and not that much with the passive. His passive should work like karma's ult but in a passive form that all ability gain enhance effect and damage while in heat while dealing a little bit less then normal damage and higher cooldown when rumble is ''normal''

Shyvana: Shyvana should deal a little bit less damage for a tank has a normal form while her dragon form should be very more deadly and have A LOT more cooldown. She can take ton of damage and still trade very well for a top/jungler builded full tank else nerf her damage or buff all the other full tank hi rammus and galio

Singed: Singed is like shyvana since it is hard to kill him he quite does a lot of damage while simply running and circle without behind able to be catch because of his extreme speed. Nerf the speed or the damage because singed is going more where he please then mundo.

Volibear: There is only 1 thing wrong with voli is his frenzy not the 3 stack of attack speed but the bite he take which deal almost the same damage has garen ult but has a normal skill i know tank must a have a finish of or something to have some kill or dps but his ult and attack speed buff isn't enough? Like shen voli should have more sustain then burst but now he have both and a too powerfull finish off.

Sion: Is that normal then ap sion deal more damage then ad sion? I don't think so since he have mostly buff for ad people play him ap since is world slaying gaze and exploding time bomb shield have high ap ration and be able to sustain battle with the many ad buff buff the tankyness of sion, is ad buff or his ap ratio because now he is a tank/mage/adc that can one shot people like a veigar.

Tryndamere: Tryndamere is a 10 second man i like the concept but his ult is his key. Infortunate his ult have way too low CD and he is able to to never die while butchering everyone i suggest a little nerf of like 10-20 sec on his ult i think that would not kill him that much while not touching his damage output.

Vi: Vi kinda balanced herself with the buff and debuff of item and other champ while she is a jungler who lack of good ganking capacity she is like shyvana she can deal extreme damage while building full tank and her utility of cc and armor shreding. Nerf her utility or damage output a little because she is banned a lot.

Vel'koz : Vel have high cast speed which can allow to make a leblanc or akali of himself but have far more damage then those 2 he would need a little nerf on the damage since his passive give him additional true damage that help him.

Champion change:
Rengar: like nidalee was rengar most damage are with his Q with the famous double Q rengar that can blow any champion by using it he have good sustain that is Q is giving him but that he don't realy need since he 2 shot people with it i would nerf the Q dmaage while increasing the other ability damage to stop rengar for only using his Q has main damage.
Champion buff: These buff are mostly for champion that are no more played since there is more powerfull champion out.
1 Malzahar : malz is a cool champ but that people can't count on because of this season bully (hi leblanc) I would increase his damage (not he's voidling) and utility has a mid laner.
2 Maokai: maokai is a good tank but he isn't the best he have a lot of utility for his team but lack a little of damage and/or tankyness i would increase one of those to put him back into the league since he is somewhat still played but a little weak compare to season 4 bully in all lane. He also lack of ganking skill that have have to use in close/mid range and can be easely seen by player or ward before behind in range
3 Nautilus: naut is awesome in everything but people don't play him because he lack of movement speed which kill this jungler in his job he is good and overall no that hard to play.

Sejuani: sejuani is tank and have quite a good slow but totaly lack of damage in her skill (ult not included) while fighting her.

Urgot : what to buff in urgot? EVERYTHING and change is ult it have a too long cast time

Yasuo : i just wanted to piss of some people so i put yasuo in the to buff champion zone he is somewhat easy to counter and balanced and don't need buff

a lot of liked champion specially because they are strong maybe too much and this is what i point that people like a champion because it is that strong it need to be nerf and everyone is playing it because it is strong not because they like it the game isn't a real strategy game if thing is not balanced and this is what the average league player don't understand and this is why a lot of idiot dislike my post because i want to balance thing and that they don't want to see they're op champ get nerfed so they will be has strong has the other and they're skill will be realy put to test instead of simply have a broken champion that rekt everything
