Jarvan's Q & E Bug

I was playing on a 3v3 matched when sometime like 1/2 of the time my Q hitted the ennemy while on the flag and i didn't dashed to it it happenned also when i tryed to escape minion got the debuff but i remained at the same place.( we could all clearly see the black clever and the Q armor reduction on them (even the ennemy team saw the bug)) We tryed a couple of time and sometime i weren't dashing even if the spear touched the flag.

These situation more often occured while trying to dash over a wall while my flag was in range or near a wall.

Also in teamfight during some flag dash that were working not all ennemies were knock up while the flag was mid my spear sometime only knocking one of them sometime none of them. They had no form of spell shield and they realised the bug too. Once again they only occured while near a wall.
