Warlords

Please do not go with the changes to warlords, it will make champs who really depend on it for laning phase just get bullied to death. Here's what they are doing, "Moving or attacking makes an attack Energized. Energized attacks have 1/1/2/3/5/7/9/12/15/18/21/25/28/32/37/41/46/50% Lifesteal and grant 30% Movement Speed for 0.75 seconds." I know warlords has been good for a while but this will just make it almost unusable.

Are you sure?

Like, I really can't emphasize enough how fucking garbage this keystone is during laning phase, like holy shit, up to five percent lifesteal for one auto every six at level five? And 30% movement speed for 0.75 seconds? Oh boy lmao.

It's like a really shitty mix of the old warlord's bloodlust and stormraider's early game, and late game I'm not sure it actually is better than having either. I'm pretty sure it's going to be shit lol. Who will take this piece of shit over fervor of battle? Draven might I guess.

I'm going to try it on triforce illaoi, since I haven't gotten around to playing with that build yet and it seems like it'll be good alternative to SRS if I happen to want the % pen or a little more sustain. The added sheen burst will compliment the scaling lifesteal values pretty nicely since she doesn't build into crit.

I liked the values on the first day it came out; it went as high as 68 lifesteal and much higher MS

It's probably going to be pretty garbage yeah.

Like, who would want that? It's garbage in lane and not much better as the game goes on lol.

It's certainly not filling the same niche as before. But there are tons of champs that will be able to take great advantage of the move speed buff. If you're the sort of laner that excels in short trades involving autos, this will make it much easier to stay in range long enough to pull that trade off. This new version is also useful when you're at full health, where the old version gave zero power.

It might not be intuitive. But if you practice with it, you might find out original and strong ways to use it, sort of like Stormraider's Surge.

Actually name someone you think it will be good on.

Someone with Nami (E) or Braum support, for one, though that's not directly the ADC. Vayne and Tristana both benefit from being able to get a large number of autos off in a short window.

Caitlyn could use the speed to get close enough for normal AAs after someone steps on a trap, or use the speed to get away after hitting an E on someone trying to gank her. Champs like Ashe, Sivir, and Lucian already increase their own speed or slow the enemy when attacking, and this would synergize with those effects. From the other side, Draven could use the speed boost like a free W (when he needs to compensate for slowing down to catch axes).

There's also more general use cases. If you're chasing someone with Rapid FireCannon, the speed boost could be enough to get you into normal auto range. If you're chasing someone with Phantom Dancer, the speed boost could be enough to get you into the additional movespeed range. If you're getting ganked and your support stuns the ganker, your speed boost from your auto should grant you more MS than you lose from the animation (unless you're like level 1 Jinx with rockets). It could help you dodge a skillshot that the enemy fires off as you're last hitting.

The lifesteal portion? Not really; that's just a straight and obvious nerf. But there are many ways to put the MS to use.

Maybe that's why they are buffing crit?

I'll really miss being able to use it on Nasus with lifesteal quints. The sustain is hilarious.

Quick question, which champions actually depend on Warlord's, to avoid being, "bullied to death"?
