My Ekko Theory
Alright, by now I'm pretty sure everyone knows that Ekko will be able to rewind time in one way or another.
From what I've seen, though, in the teaser is that although Ekko rewinds time, he still retains the damage he took** before** he activated his time manipulating ability.

In the link are 4 pictures. Each one is a before he rewinds time and a picture showing after.
Also, another example proving my theory is that in the final fight scene, Ekko is holding his arm that was injured in his "previous" fight.
My theory, asides from that, is that he activates it and has to reactivate the ability to "rewind" time, so things like death and possibly silences can stop his ability from going through. I do not think it triumphs the best cc in the game, death.
