Unranked in Promos
I think I deserve an explanation why Unranked players get matched up in my promos for Silver 4. The very nature of the system is garbage even aside from this.

Unranked mmr is exactly silver v and silver iv

mmr functions on its own in the long run. the addition of league lp ranking ruins the rating.
if you're mmr is really high and you maintain a 50/50 win rate with whomever you're grouped with, you wont climb, instead you'll constantly be blocked in your promos until you streak and win 3/4, which is hard to do assuming you're winning exactly 50% of the time. (you'll have huge gains in LP per win because riot wants you to rank up, but the concept of winning a certain number of promotional games will hold people back).
so commonly i get sent back to promos.
you will win and rank up eventually, it just takes a lot of unnecessary games for no reason, unless ofc, you're smurfing and you can literally put a team on your back because you're that awesome.
