Fix ranked AFK's

"If a champion is AFK, the team will only lose 1/3rd normal LP loss and all of that extra LP loss will be taken from the AFK champ. (e.g. if each person would have lost 9LP, the 4 non-AFK players lose 3LP each and the AKer loses 9+(6*4)LP"(by Jetsetradi0)
