Swain's pull count as basic?

It's probably a stupid question with a simple answer (assuming 'no'), but just to be sure I'm asking anyway. After anyone has been immobilized, does Swain's pull count to trigger some on-hits from basic attacks? Thinking for instance E + pull to trigger Klepto.
