Zilean's bomb should be able to stick onto Towers, like Trist's reworked E.

I mean, Tristana's E before was a point and click DoT, but now for some reason she can interact with turrets. Considering he lobs bombs like Tristana's Explosive Shot, shouldn't there be some consistency?

It could work like this: -Timer shows up as usual -There is a bigger blast radius, akin to Tristana's E -I'm debating whether or not it should still stun, as that might counter tower-hugging and counter-sieging -The damage it deals could be reduced to a fraction, like 40% of AP since that's how much AP champs to do towers, I believe.
