how can riot buff singed

I wish they'd make his Q base damage do so little it barely did anything and up his AP scaling so that his super anti-fun to play against playstyle would be nerfed into the ground and we wouldn't have tank Singed going around at the speed of light being obnoxious just to be obnoxious. AP Singed is already pretty nice, and I'd much rather have an interactive Singed than one who just literally creates the most annoying laning phase in existence. I can just imagine how new Liandry's is gonna be on him.
