Okay there is that one keystone that is completey useless the one that gives u ten extra seconds in champ select to be honest riot should remake a new one cause honesty if you need 10 extra seconds to change ur sum spells thats pretty bad and ik ppl are gona say its for changing runes but alot of people already have there runes set imo they need to make a different one
