How many wins did you have when you hit level 30?/When to do rank

So I finally hit lvl 30 in League after casual play throughout half a year and ended up 175 wins, starting from pure pvp since lvl 3. Up until like lvl 10, I was losing like 2/3 of my games and had a 30% win rate with my main champ back then, but ended up pretty well in my opinion.

I wanted to know how many wins you guys had when you just hit level 30 because I ended up 175 wins but still lost 153 matches so I had a bad amount of losses too.

A small question also is when should one start playing rank exactly?

Also, does anyone know the most amount of wins possible theoretically speaking if one were to win every single normal match without a loss from level 1-30.
