Zeke's Harbinger nerfed!

Increased the duration by 25% reducing the speed for obtaining stacks to 66%. Why does this have to happen? The item is already dependent on having another player next to you and stacking the stacks is too slow in short teamfights... it was too slow already.

I think the concept of the item is good but does anyone think it was OP the way it was or did not make enough impact cause of the short duration, like rito is saying?
