I'm pretty sure that Croc-chan's ult could be much better than a "hurr-durr durr he be Dawg'z bro let's make 'em similar". Nasus' ult ties in very well with his kit, giving him a load of stats he actually uses. Right now Renekton's is pretty much a panic/dive/BM button, with some itching powder. It's ITCHING POWDER. At least make AP croc viable so people can use it as more than visual effects.
I just find it awkward.

In lane its a great bait, but in teamfights its free stats and aoe dmg AND MORE EMPOWERED ABILITIES. Renekton is supposed to be the sort of tank that you cant ignore when he jumps into the fight and the ult captures that raid boss sort of playstyle. Considering he's a lane bully I think his ult is fine. AP ratio is weird though.
I think it should scale with HP.
I like his ult that it regens rage. This is actually reaaaaly strong in team fights I'd all your abilities are empowered. That and the bonus HP means you can now 1 v3
Edit: to clarify I mean he should be rewarded for building hp by making his ult scale with his max hp .
since his lore is tied to nasus and he's an ascended like nasus, makes sense their ult would be similar.
No. the reason its not better is because he has dashes and dosent rely on mana. Nasus' ult has to be alot better or nasus would just be trash.
actually if i am not mistaken his ult gets a bonus to damage with ap
How would ap renek work? I guess litch, abbysal, Sunfire, does Liandry's and rylai's work with his ult? and zonyas. Would be fun to try in some fun game type I guess.
