How do you deal with Quinn?

The title describes it. How do YOU deal with Quinn? I've lost around 10 games with her in it and here is how it usually goes:

Start game
I win or lose my lane.
Someone feeds Quinn.
We lose because she's goddamn everywhere. All the time. It's so fucking annoying I can't even not be tilted from the start. My problem is that she's so anti-fun that the game is lost the second someone picks her. Unless she's on my team, case in which she's first time because fuck me. I can handle Illaoi. I can handle Graves. I can handle Fiora. But playing against Quinn is so goddamn frustrating that I want to crack my computer's screen everytime I see her. Fuck, I even ragequit last game because I probably would have started to flame the shit out of my team. Fuck. Any idea/flame on how to deal with her? Yes, I would ban her but I can't because my friends want to blind pick. I can feel my MMR sinking faster than the Titanic. Halp plox.

Ward ward ward. If you can see her coming, you can potentially get the first shot off or at minimum not be in a position to get a full quinn burst to the face. Map awareness is super important because if you don't have vision for 5+s she'll be in the next lane.

CC and burst is a good way to deal with her as she tends to build squishy now. Don't duel her (probably why she's getting fed). The champions you say you can deal with have something in common, they're all close ranged combat, and while Quinn has a shorter range than most markmen, you play against her like you do a high ranged opponent, because getting close means harrier procs for days.

I think she should just be reverted to the state where she had "Aerial Assault", so the first preseason patch.

No. That makes Quinn the most feast and famine champ there is, and with the mobility, if she gets ahead, is the most toxic thing in the game. If she's behind, she useless, as she has all damage

Don't fight her 1v1. Ever. Unless you are fed and an equally strong duelist.

If you group up on her, it become a lot harder to do anything. Quinn has low range, and is nearly entirely single target damage. When you send more then 1, she becomes a lot less effective

Only a hard CC duelist can really put her in her place. Jax item 3124 item 3146 Does great. Irelia Nasus Wither makes life hell for a lot of AA based champs Darius Pull, spin, slow, dunk.

Burst her down. An annie or someone equivalent will destroy her. The only place where Quinn is truly imbalanced is top against a melee champion. If you're playing top as a melee vs a competent quinn just consider the lane lost - your skill level does not matter.
