How do you deal with Quinn?

The title describes it. How do YOU deal with Quinn? I've lost around 10 games with her in it and here is how it usually goes:

• Start game
• I win or lose my lane.
• Someone feeds Quinn.
• We lose because she's goddamn everywhere. All the time. It's so fucking annoying I can't even not be tilted from the start. My problem is that she's so anti-fun that the game is lost the second someone picks her. Unless she's on my team, case in which she's first time because fuck me. I can handle Illaoi. I can handle Graves. I can handle Fiora. But playing against Quinn is so goddamn frustrating that I want to crack my computer's screen everytime I see her. Fuck, I even ragequit last game because I probably would have started to flame the shit out of my team. Fuck. Any idea/flame on how to deal with her? Yes, I would ban her but I can't because my friends want to blind pick. I can feel my MMR sinking faster than the Titanic. Halp plox.
