Some QOL Changes needed for Ornn's Passive

So Ornn came out and he's really enjoyable. However, while Ornn is constructing an item you can't ping or look around the minimap. As much as I love the animation it would be nice to ping or look around the map if for some reason I was to get dived while forging.
