[Gameplay] Jax's E Doesn't Dodge Garen's Q

Ok, so I'm playing a game as Jax against Garen and Garen charges at me with his Q so I decide to E, but guess what? His stupid Q goes right through it, SILENCES me, DAMAGES me, and I can't fight back. I thought that Jax dodged all basic attacks while he is using E but I guess not. SO please fix this or at least change the description for Jax's E.

Counter Strike

ACTIVE: Jax enters a defensive stance for up to 2 seconds, reducing physical damage from basic attacks by 100% except for Garen's Decisive Strike because a guy who leaps into the air and brings his big sword down can't be dodged, and area of effect abilities by 25% for the duration. At the end of the duration or if Counter Strike is activated again, Jax stuns all nearby enemies for 1 second and deals them physical damage, increased by 20% for each attack dodged, up to a maximum 100% increase.

Also if a rioter does see this I also want to ask for a counter to Xin Zhao's W passive (I mean come on why isn't that a thing yet)
