Cute Animals, Daggers and Years of Crowd Control

Imagine wandering through Summoners Rift and seeing a cute little (polymorphed enemy) Animal. You think to yourself: It is harmless (for the next 2.25 seconds) when suddenly the Animal just slices everything around itself with Daggers before transforming back. That is what happened to me and made me think: When you are unable to attack someone, how can you pick up a Dagger and slice everything around yourself?

Of Course I am talking about , the assassin that kills your whole team in <0.5 seconds and I suppose a change to her passive: Should not be able to pick up a dagger and attack with it when unable to attack. Thus, Polymorph, disarms like R and stuns and suppress spells like ultimate should make it impossible for her to attack with daggers while unable to attack.
