@Riot Allow us to randomize our Skin Selections

So honestly, a lot of us own a bunch of skins for our mains. I think it would actually be a well appreciated addition to the game! As far as I know it would be a breeze to implement as well.

What do you guys think? Any Rioters input would also be appreciated!
