@Riot: Can we get an MR item that you can start with?

With the plague that is AP top laners, the changes a while back to making it 500g, the fact is only 300g, and the coming buffs/changes to AP items (coughcough) Can we please have some form of MR available as a starting item?

I'd rather not be required to farm up 500 and back, or more likely Die, just to get a .
