If someone goes onto a 3+ winstreak or something, maybe it's an idea to give them extra leveling up XP? this way people that already understand the basics/smurfs won't have to wait so notoriously long to level up. This way low levels won't be affected by smurfs as much too.
Troiann8 votesLeveling up shouldn't be a concept. But here's how to keep it but make it slightly better. Get rid of T1 and T2 runes and give us access to all rune slots from level 1. Unlock all summoner spells at level 5 and offer video guidance on each summoner. And for Christ's sake don't let people who are below level 18 get matched against people who already have their thunderlords decree unlocked.
