As someone who plays a lot and has level 7 mastery, I feel like she could use a small love tap to help her against assassins since we're no doubt probably going to end up in an assassin meta again.

Dude i int my ass off with lulu and i know shes balanced.

Plus, polymorph the way it is now is legitimatly a point-click "removal of champion" for what feels like an eternity. Making it AOE would dumpster an entire team for legit 3 seconds just because she decided to. And before you say it, most aoe hard cc requires actual skill to land.

Plus with those shield buffs plus ardent and athenes just for fun and if she decided to build locket or redemption, that adc isnt going fkin anywhere. she would essentialy be a god tier janna. Only actually good with absolutly zero counterplay.

I somehow don't enjoy playing Lulu, but will probably play her a lot more after 8.11. Her winrate should rise on its own with a meta shift. Don't get me wrong, I would take these buffs and laugh at assassins all game. But it's way more likely I couldn't as she would get close to 100% ban rate.

Thats Like saying Nasus wither should be Aoe, and we know how much that cripples.

Polymorph is already extremely strong, being able to remove a champions ability to do pretty much anything for up to 2.25 seconds, having that be Aoe would make her way too strong by making the enemy team be do nothing for that time, Another reference point, 275 is the same radius as Morg's tormented soil, it wouldn't be too hard to polymorph 3+ champions.

If anything Lulu is on the strong side, you can't just look at win rate, you also need to look at pick rate.

According to champion.gg, Lolalytics, her pick rate peaks at 15% in diamonds, where it's at its lowest in bronze at 7%.

These numbers show that not only her mains are playing her, more people who might not call themselves Lulu mains are picking her up and doing just fine.

Lets look at a different champion, Aurelion sol, if you look at just his win rate, people would call him completely broken since his win rate is 54% (Rounded up from 53.95%) But then you look at his pick rate, 2% (rounded up from 1.98%), this signifies that very few people who aren't dedicated to the champion are playing him, most of the 2% are people who main him are one tricks, mainly because he is such a challenge to play.

Going back to Lulu, she isn't as challenging, I wouldnt call her 'brainless' (I don't think any champion is exactly 'brainless' but thats a whole other can of worms) since a good timed polymorph can sway the tide of a fight, but that being said, she only has one skillshot in her kit, that being her Q, everything else is point and click, making her easier to learn then a champion like sol.

Either way, she most certainly dosent need a buff at the moment, since it would push her over the edge.
