Ideas for slight support buffs [Please read before commenting]

Hello, O1S KITSUNE here and I would like to address some things that could help the support role thrive a bit more[which essentially could fix autofill problem],

I have recently started picking up support again and I realized as a support that sometimes taking out wards you may lose possibly a whole wave of experience in lane. This can set the support behind compared to the rest of the team and it feels so bad. These are a few propositions I have for slight adjusts to some items.

item 3301 item 3303 item 3302 should give a small percentage of exp gain as you level up the item [possibly 5% for their secondary upgrade or 10% for the final item]. It should only apply to killing wards though since in lane it would definitely be strong. This gives a way for supports to gain exp without having to follow your teammates around all the time and it would promote supports to take item 3364 .

At the current state there are only 5 heal/shield item buffs off of items. Supports need more itemization choice aside from just straight AP. You may not want to pick up item 3222 if the enemy team has little to no cc as a healer support. Soraka most of the time would not want to pick up AP as their last item. There is item 3109 item 3050 but those are situational most of the time. There should be slightly more expensive healer items too.

An example idea for an item like so: Cost: 3000 10% heal/shield power UNIQUE passive: Every 10 autoattacks [halved for range] snare the target for 2 seconds UNIQUE active: Bind with an ally and increase the amount on incoming healing by 5-10% [scaling]

Feedback appreciated <3 And please leave some ideas :p

Supports don't need buffs; they need heavy nerfs.

Knight's Vow is core and doesn't even need buffs.

If that's your only issue... Supports tend to be lower experience because they roam and generally their roams do the whole team good. So that's the trade off your're making, less experience, more benefits for your team.

Benefits can mean... warding for mid laner, warding for jungler, helping with invades, ganking. Warding is already pretty huge because vision prevents stuff or enables stuff, vision is huge. So yeah.

Of course you could also just time when you ward with when the minion wave is dead.

Besides a 2 second snare on autoattacks being crazy op to begin with, ranged/melee splits are generally a balancing tool that allows the effect to be stronger on melee without being OP on ranged. You certainly don't want to make the ranged version more potent than melee one (which is harder to proc), so maybe you meant double for ranged?

Also, you do get xp for killing wards as is, which was implemented awhile ago as something to help supports not fall as far behind in xp.

I have a 69% winrate with Bard and hes my most played and I don't have this xp issue, your a support you don't get as much xp and gold as everyone else thats just how it is. Your there for the team and not for yourself so it shouldn't matter what your level is as long as your doing your job as a support. Also supports should be getting a sweeping after buying a sightstone then upgrading at lvl 9. Thats routine not something only sometimes done. Also most supports dont actually build full support items it just depends on the situation, like look at my match history.
