Not attacking bug

Now before you judge right off of the title I'd like to clear up what this bug is; it's not the mechanic where you have a crap ton of melees and only so much space for them to attack (hence why they stop attacking and wait for a spot for them to poke into to attack)

This bug is when literally the champion just does not attack. It's placed on the field but it just stands there taking damage. I've witnesses three instances of this happening (none of them being me)

Once it happened on the first level where they had a warwick and it wouldn't attack the minions. The minions killed the warwick and the person took 4 damage.

Twice it happened when people's units were just standing there with only one on each side of the battlefield left. One unit would be attacking the other (it was a vayne and warwick again I think but this was a different game); and the vayne kept attacking the warwick but it would just stand there not doing anything and taking the damage which resulted in a lost round

Same issue has happened to me on a few occasions;

  • When 2 Blitzcranks hook each other, they just stood there idle for awhile whilst the fight was going on.

  • Had a Rengar jump on the back line, only for him to proc his skill then stand idle till death.

  • Had a my Warwick and enemy Pyke having a stare off, resulting in a draw.

That happened with me too, 3 times today with my rengar, he just stood in the middle of the battlefield for some reason ( no he wasnt affected by any means of cc ) and now with my volibear. Fix this shit.

Had a battle where my Warwick and the enemy Kahzix were the only one left and just stood there with a square between them until the time ran out instead of moving and attacking...

Just now had my fully stacked graves just stand still in spawn position doing nothing till he died to a kassadin.

Just happend to me in the final fight. My Leblanc just stood there in a 1vs1, literally stood there and did nothing, I lost due to it. Two remaining, mine decided not to do anything.

Don't know what triggered it, was too much going on before, but after everyone died she just went afk.
