Teemo Rework Concept?
I know many people love Teemo (me) and there are also a million+ haters (a large part of the community), and I think the largest reason has to be that his R gives too much map control for being invisible nukes of dmg that also slow, but on top of being rage inducing, they have very low team fighting power.
I've been thinking that either 1) his ult needs to become more of a team fight oriented concept, or 2) to be moved to a basic ability slot . Option #1, I was thinking he could have a skill shot ult that would fire off an aoe line of shrooms (similarly to how Rumble's ult works perhaps?) and they would behave like his shrooms do now (except be visible and with damage scaling similar to Rumble so that it isn't op as shit). For option #2 I was thinking, as I described above, move his shrooming ability to be a basic ability, make it no longer invisible, make it do less damage and work on an ammo system more like Cait or Nid traps. Next, move one of his basic abilities to be his new R, enhance it for greatness.
"Move Quick"~ currently gives him MS passively and actively. As an Ult could improve passive MS when you leveled it, and give a ton of MS when activated along with attack speed...or maybe it makes him, for a few seconds (idk how long rito can balance it yo) run really fast and drop shrooms behind him in his path? Suggestions wlecome, lets talk about Teemo! (Imagine running around the enemies dropping shrooms on their faces for 5 seconds :3
