Poacher's Dirk

It would be a kindred buff if kindred wanted to rush an item that builds out of Serrated Dirk, which she doesn't

If the cost of Poacher's is less than or equal to the sell cost of Serrated, then I could see many counterjungling champions buying it and sitting on it, even when they don't want to upgrade, but part of me doubts that they'd have it tuned that way. We don't know the numbers yet.
