When do we get too see something done about her ult? Her being allowed too go from no life too full, doing 3/4 of the teams life, and being untargeable is allowing zero forms of counterplay. Full armor lee sin? It's okay, Fiora just 100-0's you faster than an akali does Twisted fate.

A slightly stronger with much much higher cool down. Since people DID get bored from complaining about Yi, let's hope they will one day leave Fiora alone.

Riot adjusted the damage on her ult awhile ago so that it'd be weaker in team fights but stronger in 1v1 duels. In terms of counter play, yeah, there is none. It's kind of how the cookie crumbles; all she brings is damage and nothing else.

As a Fiora main: She is balanced, stop complaining. Her ult is pretty much useless at level 6 and doesn't start to see some good damage till level 16. Also Akali kills TF in like 2 shots, it takes Fiora like 10 + her ult to do the same damage.

I main Fiora, so I can tell you some counter moves against Fiora's ult:

Dull her blade: gets armor (Thornmail is best against Fiora because it returns a lot of damage to Fiora while shielding you with +100 armor), or even better blind her before she ults you (if you're quinn or teemo)
Fight fire with fire: becomes untargetable yourself, like Zed's ult, Kha's ult, Ren's ult, Jax's E...
Payback: goes into turret zone so Fiora will land in bad position after her ult, you may die but get a kill too
Skillshots: Ez's ult, Sona's ult, Teemo's ult (shrooms), LeBlanc's W, Ashe's ult... These things can stop or even kill Fiora mid-ult
Play Fiora. Seriously. If you think a champ is too easy / too op / too blah blah, play that champ. There are only 2 ways it can end: A: you suck with the champ and at least learn about her weaknesses B: you become OP yourself (and still learn about her weaknesses) :) So pick Fiora, get CDR, and happy ult'ing.
