So can anyone discuss with me why Riot thought this champion needed to be buffed? Hextech belt + tibbers is a little much, she can now get to back lines and nuke the carries. Not to mention if Tibbers lives then he's practically off cooldown, if she dies he's now allowed to stay alive and chase, he moves even faster than before. When did Annie ever require a buff, as if she was in a bad spot. Riot is constantly taking champions that don't need a buff, and making them stupid, when champions like exist and see nothing.
