Is there some one who have same bug when playing?

So last 2 weeks i had same bug where my ping stays at stable 24-30 ms. but i have insane lags. Like in a video i had 30 ms stable,moved back but instead of going back she went in front and i couldn't do a thing. Spamed flash/heal/recall no reaction.Its like some one else was controlling character ATM. So i wonder maybe there is some one else whit same issue and maybe they know how to fix this nonsense?
