Strange picks,Trolls,"Pros" and "Its pre season"...

Ok so i'm realy getting titled in games.This ppl picks in ranked is just so dumb and out of blue that some times its better to dodge games then try to play whit them. Most common picks are: First time picks champ in ranked and wonders why he got trashed in line,then flames jungle and team for no help aaaaand BOOM 12 mins in game we have afk top or mid... Or some one saw in yt how rengar dominates top and picks him top,gets rapped multiple times starts flame and rage and u know what happens next. Most of those times they are mastery 7 honor 5... Few examples: Yaso M7 H5 vs Darius No M. No H. guess what...he got humiliated so hard in top that he reported us all for no reason,but some how we 4 won that game whit try hard. Xin M7 H4 vs rammus M7 H? xin lost jungle in first 5 mins,ganked top in gived double to yas,ganked mid and died to kata,came bot and 'RAMBO MODE ON' gived free kill to leo and mf (i was recalling whit 10% hp and supp was in base... So generally your Mastery level and honor level doesn't matter at all if u don't use your head. Maybe riot have to put champ mastery level caps in ranked to avoid those ppl from ruining fun for others? Lets say u can pick just lvl 4 and above champs in ranked matches.U are familiar whit that champ and hes play stile + u will know that person who picks champ he can play him (no first time bullshiet).Or make something like champ designation line: Tanks top.jungle supp. Casters(mages) mid supp. Bruiser top,jungle. Enchanters (healers) supp,mid. Adc bot,mid. Assassins MId,Jungle,top. Juggernauts Top,jungle. Maybe that will increase overall win rates for certain champs,maybe it will lower troll picks in ranked,but something has to be done in ranked games. Especially in lower division as bronze and silver.

Well don't be mean and add something,maybe we can think something to stop that and increase overall fun in games? At same time decrease strange picks and toxicity in game (Still salt mines,but less salt produced)

I know what you mean, I had Jax jungle just yesterday and after dying like 5 times, he said it's his first time and he heard Jax is OP. I think the whole team was speechless for a moment, like why the hell would you play ranked with a completely new champ xD However, apparently people have the right to "have fun" even if it ruins the fun for everybody else, so you can't tell them what to play.

I do like the mastery idea, but I think it would make your choices too limited. For example, the other day, the enemy team banned sona,leona, and picked rakan. I happen to have mastery 5+ on those champs but not on any other supp, so you see how this could mess up my team if it were implemented. Plus, the mastery itself is not the problem, it's the players who only think about themselves even though this is a team game.

Congrats, you are now getting more off meta champions in different lanes. You aren't considering autofill. But if some gets autofilled and they don't have m4 on any champion that may go there, you are getting things you may not want, whether it works on paper or not.

Champ designation also wouldn't work unless every champ only had one defining term. Which many have primary and secondary. And hey, how is this going to affect off meta stuff?
