Fix This Loss Prevented Robbery

Just dominated a game where our support was d/c half the game. All 5 of the enemy were in the game at all times no one was ever gone. At the end of the game the enemy gets Loss Prevented. I only get half LP after going 15-3-9.

This is robbery... I don't deserve to lose half my LP just cause I dominated my lane. Fix this bs.
