Riot can we get champions' quotes back in champion select?

I think that the old champion select was a lot better. Hearing other champions' quotes just changed the atmosphere and made it much more real and exciting. It was also fun trying to remember what each champion says. I know that riot removed it so that people notice when it's their turn to lock in or ban but i don't think that removing it made that much difference, it just made champion select a lot less fun.
