possible buff to shens ult?
after all presence of mind now refunds ult CD and its not viable on shen at all since hes an energy champ
maybe theres going to be a buff to his ult CD because of this?

Presence of mind would way be better if it just combined the aspects of the old presence of mind and the current one, but more so in a universal way.
Upon level up or takedown, for the next 7 seconds your abilities cost no resource to cast. Additionally takedowns reduce the cool down of your ultimate ability by 10% of its maximum cool down.
