Guinsoo's - Is it worth it?

I know back in Season 3 I used guinsoo's sometimes on kayle if I got stupidly fed early on. Combining the hard core spell vamp with her already decent attack speed during her ultimate, was funny to see how much she healed during it.

But the real question is. It's relatively cheap, but doesn't give as many raw stats as other specialized items, and spell vamp has been nerfed a lot of times. Do you guys think that Guinsoo's is ever worth it?
