Hey riot could you nerf Quinn top but buff Quinn jungle please?

I feel like Quinn top is pretty toxic. I would really like it if you could buff the champion for jungle, but nerf her in top lane. You guys nerfed her Q cooldown which was her only tool for clearing camps fast. If you could maybe lower it's damage, but increase it's damage against jungle camps would be really nice and help her clear speed. Also her base movement speed is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slow, please buff her base movement speed, she's a bird woman, but she feels like a turtle when I play Quinn early game in the jungle. Maybe that's you're guys way of making her balanced into the early game, but I feel like increasing her base movement speed won't really buff her top lane power, But it will dramatically increase her jungling speed.
