Here's RiotRepertoir with a changelist and feedback thread for Skarner's update: "Hey guys, With Skarner on PBE, I wanted to get a full changelist up for people to read over, as well as establish a place to leave Skarner feedback during his time on PBE. Here's the changelist: General Recommended Items updated Base Stats (Nerf) Base Movement Speed 345 >>> 330 (Nerf) Health/lvl 96 >>> 84.25 (Buff) AD/lvl 4.2 >>> 4.5 Passive - Crystal Spires (Removed) Crystallizing Sting (moved thematically to E - Fracture) (Added) Skarner’s presence causes crystals to spawn in set locations around the map. Crystals can be captured by either team by standing on top of them. Capturing prevents them from being captured by the opposing team for 10 seconds. While near active crystals, Skarner gains 150 Movement Speed and 35%+5%/lvl Attack Speed, and he restores 3% of his maximum Mana per second. It's just on paper right now and i know we can't assume OP/UP yet, but there's 2 things I'm really not liking that i see.
His movement speed is getting cut quite a bit. 345 to 330 and Q stacking movement/atk speed buff is removed. His "sting" is removed from his from his passive and put on his E so you give up the slow for a stun? So less CC overall he's getting?
I'm not sure about his new rocks, they'll help him control the jungle, but his overall ganking and CC power is lowered.

shad8whawk His Q and current passive make him do damage, but most importantly help him to chase his targets down. If they run by anything while being chased, I will press q and it will help me catch them... at least it used to. Now I lose the 6 to 18% movespeed on top of having my base speed down. What's the point of lowering the cooldown if I'll get kited and can't use it?
For his W: huge indirect nerf. His w movespeed would stack with both his base and q movespeed. Since he maxes q first, at max rank I lose 6-12-18% movespeed that I would have gained from q stacks, on top of the 15 flat lost from my base speed. So, max movespeed of a chasing Skarner is now down from 472.2 (without boots! with maxed q and w) to 382.8 (maxed w, q doesn't matter; no boots) [calculated from base m.s x 3q passive stacks x w ratio when fully ramped up]
Now for his e, You waste the slow through stunning them. Since you have to basic attack to do damage and reset your q, you'll never use the 2 second slow, cause you've removed his chase tools. He'll now q then stun... and then what... wait for e/w cooldown?
A Skarner doesn't run in and e right away and if he missed RIP gank (like amumu q before 6) A Skarner gank is supposed to be cut off escape, q them till his passive is up then stun, and have his e for if the laner escapes and he needs to keep chasing. Skarner is not Udyr with a condition on bear stance. That is what his new e is. I get e on as many targets as possible then I have 5 seconds to bear, bear, bear, bear.
