random idea on how to balance Yasuo's early game.

Get rid of his straight out 100% bonus crit chance and instead have it scale with his lvl so he doesn't automatically start multiplying his damage from just his first finished item. would look something like one of the following

1: 5.55 bonus crit chance per lvl (which will end up at 100% bonus at vl 18) 2: start with a chunk, like 25%, then gain another 25% at lvls 6, 11, 16 3: similar to above, but with alternate values like 40 start, then 20, 20, 20 . maybe start at 0% and then gain 33% at 6-11-16)

its the op doubling of his crit chance that allows him to get such high rewards from building things from zeal first as opposed to AD items like most other melee or physical damage champs since it gives him a 60% chance to do 90% bonus damage, whereas anyone else would be getting 30% chance of doing 100% bonus damage.

if you wanna do some low key math there, statistically each atk would be getting this

yasuo: 60% chance of 90% bonus damage = 54% bonus damage every atk everyone else: 30% chance of 100% bonus damage = 30% bonus damage every atk

after this spike in crit chance, normally they'll probably go for BF sword for damage OR in some cases agility cloak because that would complete yasuo's 100% crit chance

agi cloak: yasuo: 100% crit chance of 90% bonus damage = 90% bonus damage every atk everyone else: 50% crit chance of 100% bonus damage = 50% bonus damage

yasuo is now dealing almost twice as much damage than you are per atk

lets say they get bf sword instead of agi cloak

yasuo 40AD with 54% bonus damage every atk = 61.6 average damage per atk gained from bf sword everyone else: 40AD with 30% bonus damage every atk = 52 average damage per atk gained from bf sword

it doesn't seem like a lot because the 24% diference in bonus damage is not a lot yet on only 40AD, but even now this is about a longsword, 300 gold, worth of item damage free, and that's only looking at the bf sword, not including the champ's base AD which early game could hit the 80-90 range with runes and masteries. In addition, yasuo does not need to build any more items with crit as some marksmen do to reach 100%, h can continue building AD items instead of atk speed items thatdo not give any AD which gives yasuo much higher auto atk damage and burst with his Q reset. Even with 10% less crit damage, he will still do more damage.

Thoughts on yasuo crit % chance passive change?

His early game? You mean make his weakest phase even weaker?

doubling crit chance isn't op your idea wont do anything to his earlygame

In fact your idea is terrible and would cause the more problematic yasuo that doesn't even build much crit chance earlyon to become even stronger.

This idea is terrible and bad. You should feel ashamed of yourself

100% crit chance isn't obtainable in the early game LUL

Well as Yasuo hater I understand the Idea of a nerv on the "erly" game. But this is the wrogne way ;) Yasuo have a 100% bonus Gold efficient on crit items+bonus HP in trades with the shild. This over all give him a huge Gold advantage in stats even if he is behind. After he have the first item compleatet (around lvl 8 in a normal game) and you equal on farm it is like you would stay 0 3 with equal farm agaisnt a other Champion. THIS make him sutch a annoing thread after the first completet item. (in spacial if it is the Phantom Dancer waht make you even weeker agiasnt him after he hit you) So Yasuo got 100% bonus crit+ a shild for just 5% weeker krits then other champions. I think this trade of is realy to strong for a passiv. I would let the Crit dmg scale form like 115%+5% /lvl. It would take out the huge advantage he get erly on from the free krit (he still have the shild for trading and crits still stronger) and in the late he would also reach old strange so lower his overall power curve a bit without nerv him death.
